Following
are the typical services provided in the development of a new web site.
The summary of estimated costs at the end correspond to the bold-faced
titles of each section above. Please visit the

Web Site URL
Research available web site names and register the web site name of your
choosing for you -- or -- will update your existing URL --or-- will
update your existing registered URL to point to a new web hosting server
(below.)
Web Site Hosting
If you do not already have a web host, your web site will be hosted by a
web hosting service company for an initial fee of $200 which includes
registering the URL name, 600 MB of disk storage, e-mail addresses, and
more. You will be billed only $70 per year thereafter.
Web Page Setup
The performance of all of the above services falls under this category
and is the same, regardless of who hosts or the complexity of the actual
web page.
MetaTags
Based upon research conducted of web sites which place high in searches
performed on the web, your web site will have title, description and
keyword metatags embedded in the site, as well as related comment, photo
titles and more, designed to make search engines rank you high and
often.
iPIX Virtual Tour (optional)
An iPIX Virtual Tour may be appropriate, e.g.: Pool View, Great Room,
and Master Bedroom at $150 per location. A single $100 site visit is
included for all digital photography including iPIX.
Digital Photos
Digital photos will be taken for placement on your web pages. Existing
graphics can be scanned or copied. At a minimum, this will typically
require 12 images -- you may choose to use more by selecting them when
we shoot and review. Digital Images and Graphics are $35 each,
regardless of source.
New Logo
A new logo for your web page headers must be developed using a
combination of type styles and graphics. We will develop this in tune
with the web page Theme you select. The cost to create your new logo is
$150. You may wish to work together on this or we can prepare one
independently. Use of an existing logo is the same cost as a digital
photo above -- $35.
Floor or Site Plan
Creation of a floor or site plan to graphically picture your villa or
resort and grounds will be developed at a cost of $150. If you have an
existing drawing we can use that can be scanned in and used as is, the
cost is same as a digital photo -- $35.
Web Page Development
The cost to create the actual web pages for a multi-page web site is
based upon the total number of pages and features therein. Typically, we
would have the following pages: Welcome; Photo Gallery,
Activities/Travel, Rates/Contact Us. This totals four pages. Copy can be
written or taken from your original brochure and embellished as required
at no additional charge. Additional pages are $150 each.
Mirror Web Page (optional)
After the Primary web page is complete, a copy will be made and changed
for use by your Rental Agents to link in place of your current page on
their web site. This Mirror page looks the same as the main page, but
all contact information is exclusively to the rental agent.
Search Engines
Once the web site is completed, the site will be submitted to more than
50 search engines and posted on the Savezone sites causing significant
search engine placement enhancement due to the large number of hits
generated by hundreds of existing Savezone IPIX and web site clients.
Free Site Postings (optional)
Your web site will be submitted individually to more than a dozen web
directories that specialize in travel and vacation rentals. In addition,
you will be e-mailed under separate cover a list of Pay Sites and their
fees that you may select to list with such as: Yahoo, BVI Welcome,
CyberRentals. You may initiate the pay site listings or contract with me
separately to do so in your behalf for a fee based upon the number you
select from the Pay Sites List.
